Test Link: Import Excel of test Requirement and test suite (support multi steps cases)

This contains the VB macros and sample test suite to be used to import into Testlink 9.2 and above version. Here the test suite example is something which has multiple columns to refer different fields for test cases based on the tester needs and also included 2 custom fields. Moreover, this will take care of requirement reference of each test cases.
The excel includes following 3 featured macros.

Ø  Generate Requirement XML : Which will eliminate duplicate of requirement and take unique requirement to XML

Ø  Generate test suite XML : Has ability create multiple suite base on the test case template. Also take care about incorporating multiple test steps for a test case into XML

Ø  Generate both Requirement and Test suite XML

Steps:

·         Run the micros

·         Go to desktop and get the generated XMLs

·         Import the test suite or requirement to Test Link 9.2 or above
